POST/api/v1/otp/send发送验证码

Try it 面板需要启用 JavaScript。

向手机号 / 邮箱发送 OTP 并返回挑战工单；无需登录。api_service 编排 otp_service 的 otp.code.request，实际投递经 JetStream 异步执行。

响应使用统一信封 {id, code, messages, result}，其 code 字段：

验证码不进任何响应，只随投递渠道到达用户。投递为异步流（otp.send.requested），本接口返回即代表请求受理成功，不代表送达。
